At Villa Prints, we are proud to use enviormentally friendly, non-pvc (polyvinylchloride), lead and phthalate free plastisol inks.
We use the top-of-the line inks that are designed to be enviromentally conscious keeping us mindful of the impact that out company has on the environment that we all live in.
These inks print and cure just like a traditional screen printing ink, giving it an indistinguishable apperance and performance from industry standard inks.
Our inks pass the toughest federal regulations and standards for the screen printing industry and complies with the restricted substance lists of most major brands.
We believe that this is an added benifit that prevents our customers from wearing any garments with harmful chemicals that may leave trace toxins to be absorbed by the body.
We also used soy-based cleaning solutions that are drain safe and will not contaminate or pollute the environment.
We use these products to clean our work area and the screens we us to print on the shirts, and any other tools we may use.
